Help Nepal Network's Flood & Landslide Relief Appeal 2024

Recent floods and landslides have caused devastating impacts across Nepal. The HELP NEPAL Network (HeNN) team is actively working to support the victims of these disasters. The Nepal Government’s Initial Rapid Assessment team (Nepal Red Cross Society, the Nepalese Security Forces, and the Local government) is currently underway. Assistance is being provided to affected communities in four key districts: Dolakha, Sindhupalchowk, Kavrepalanchok, and Lalitpur. Reports from these districts are being compiled, and further reports from other districts are still forthcoming.
We have received urgent requests for essential supplies, including food, medicine, tents, and water sanitation and hygiene materials from these districts. In response to this critical situation, we are committed to providing relief materials to each affected family to help them cope with the immediate aftermath of the disasters. We have also received requests for the maintenance of houses damaged by the landslides and floods. However, given our current situation, addressing these demands may not be feasible, as the costs involved would be substantial. We appreciate the community's understanding as we focus on immediate relief efforts.
We should provide continuous support to these victims, as it significantly facilitates their daily lives and enhances their overall well-being.
Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by this disaster.
