Our organizational mission is to create a community recognized for responsible pet ownership and humane treatment of animals by offering affordable spay-neuter surgery and wellness services; public education; and rescue and adoption of companion animals. The second oldest humane organization in Georgia, HSNEGA is a private, non-profit 501c3 is soley supported by donations and fees for services.
