I'm doing a 40-day water fast from April 22nd to May 31st, 2020. 


Our goal is to help raise awareness and money for orphans that are starving and living lives of poverty that lead to gangs, prostitution, drug use, and   death. It is my hope that this fast will inspire people in helping fund this important work of helping children in Honduras. We have to help those that can't defend themselves from what can be a very cruel and harsh world.  

 

My wife and I as the founder of Good Tree Ministries have partnered with Tom and Tresea Stamman of Impact Ministries International and have already started building this orphanage in Honduras.  This is something that we have planned saved for the last year and a half. We are currently building three houses and a basketball court and come April 1st, 2020 we will break ground on the children's dormitory.  To say that we are excited is an understatement. We can't wait until we have the orphanage up and running are helping children escape death, prostitution, gangs and drug use. We want to provide a safe environment and a good Christian education that will help them succeed in life and recover from their traumatic lives.


Impact Ministries International will match all funds that we contribute to orphans.

We are biking to all 48 of the continental United States to raise money to provide education for children in Honduras. The orphanage that we are working with currently provides elementary education for orphans aged 5-12. We would like to build a secondary school AND a college to continue their education.

Build the Secondary School

To do this, we need $100,000. This will not only fulfill all the costs for construction but will also be used to provide the necessary supplies for running the school. Also, Tom Stamman, the man who built the orphanage, has generously agreed to match our funds one to one! So by raising $50,000, we will be able to build one school and use the matched funds to build the other.

By helping to build this institution, you will essentially be providing a means for the children who live in the City of Refuge, as well as the children in the community to learn skills that will help them be self-sufficient. You will be changing children's lives for the better.
