Help Us Build Irshad Islamic Center
Assalamu Alaykum! We are helping raise funds for our masjid, Irshad Islamic Center during these last 10 nights, to move into a more extensive facility so that we have spaces to accommodate all worshippers and students. For 13 long years, the Masjid's funds have gone strictly to its rent, teachers, maintenance fees, and student events.
Alhamdulillah, we are still going strong; however, we need better facilities to continue growing and thriving as a community to push forward into a bright new generation. As students, we are leading this fundraiser as a means of sadaqah jaariyah. The next generation of youth deserves a new facility.
Often, we witness communities lose their religious spirit due to a lack of investment in the masaajid. Join us in securing the future of Islam in our community by helping us move into a bigger space!
Uthman ibn Affan reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise. (Sahih al-Bukhari 439, Sahih Muslim 533)
