As you may all know summer in Florida is almost all year round, therefore most facilities (homes, buildings..., etc) have air conditioning. This is currently not the case for our temple and it has been this way for decades. This project has been at the top of the list for us to complete. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this was delayed, but now we are ready to take this project on with your help. After months of analysis, and quotes from different companies, we have found one that is suitable to do the job. Recently the entire electrical system of all buildings in the temple was revamped, and the roof of the ashram was replaced among other projects completed. Ensuring that the temple will be in proper conditions for all to come and worship Lord Krishna. The summer is coming and temperatures in the temple room can reach up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. This can make it difficult for worship and kirtans to be done in the temple. Especially during the hottest parts of the summer and some of our most important festivals are during those days. Festivals such as Balaram Purminam, Janmashtami and Radhastami. We kindly appeal to the local and global community to please donate towards this very important cause. Many avoid attending the main festivals due to the intense heat inside the temple room as it can be very crowded. Heat exhaustion can be a dangerous thing, especially for the elderly. Your donation that being small or large will help many take darshan, and participate in kirtan and class at all times of the year in the temple. Above all, it will make it comfortable for Sri Sri Gaura Nitai, Sri Sri Radha Braja Bihari, Lord Jagannath, Baladev, Subhadra Devi & Lord NrSimha. Our pujaris will also be able to perform their service without the exhausting heat. From the bottom of our hearts, we appeal and at the same time thank you for considering this a worthy cause to donate to, and anything that you can contribute will help us reach that goal. May Lord Krishna bless all and help you progress in your spiritual lives.
