Help K9 Global Rescue Save Dogs from Cruelty
K9 Global Rescue, a veteran-led animal rescue organization, has just completed the largest post-COVID dog rescue operation in South Korea. Partnering with 15 local Korean rescue groups, we saved over 585 dogs from illegal meat farms and abusive puppy mills. This life-saving mission is a significant step toward ending the cruel dog meat trade in the region.

These rescues are now receiving the care they deserve, but our work isn’t done. K9 Global Rescue is preparing to transport 25 of these dogs to the United States, where they’ll be adopted into loving homes. We need your help to cover medical expenses, transportation, and ongoing care for the rescued animals.

Miro's Journey: A Race Against Time for Life-Saving Medical Treatment

In the midst of conflict and devastation in Ukraine, a young life hangs in the balance. Miro is many thing, a brave and resilient individual, political activist, social media influencer, MMA Champion, and K9 GLOBAL RESCUE volunteer. Miro was severely wounded at the front lines in Ukraine when a suicide drone blew up the vehicle he was riding in. He is in urgent need of medical attention that is not available in Ukraine. His only hope for recovery lies in receiving treatment in the United States, but time is of the essence. He has given so much of himself by saving so many humans and animals from the front lines at great personal risk.

Miro's story is one of courage and determination. He left his home in the Republic of Georgia to volunteer to fight for Ukraine’s freedom. The dangers and hardships he has endured from the beginning of this conflict have been enormous. He has lost many friends and fellow soldiers. However, his injuries have left him in an extremely difficult condition, and he requires immediate medical attention and rehabilitation.

The treatment Miro needs is not available in Ukraine, and his only option is to seek medical help in the United States. The cost of transportation, surgery, and rehabilitation is substantial, and his family and friends are unable to bear the burden alone.

WE'RE BEING REQUESTED IN THE CAROLINAS!!!

Animal shelters and homes are going underwater, and K9GR has been asked to help get the residents out. We cannot do this without donations at this point. Without financial assistance at this point, we honestly are not in a position to mobilize into the region. Our grants have been used up, and we're not in a position to pay out of pocket for this mission.

It will cost is about $250 plus supplies per day on the ground there. We are looking to try and raise $5000-7500 to sustain a long term operation until the waters recede. This will include establishment of supply warehouses, and building makeshift shelters from scratch.
