Kearny Komets High School Boys Baseball Fundraiser
Our 2024 San Diego Section Division V CHAMPIONS Kearny High School Baseball Booster Club is working hard to raise funds to support our Team, The Kearny Komets.
The season is here and we have a goal of raising $20,000 this year. Here’s how your donation can make a lasting impact:
1.) Expansion of JV Team: The Baseball booster club is looking to support the expansion of the JV Program. We are adding more players to the roster and have a more rigorous JV Schedule for the 2024 season, your donation will help us continue to provide these opportunities for all of our student-athletes who wish to participate.
2.) Enhanced Facilities: Our baseball field is in dire need of new outfield windscreens. These are not just for aesthetics; Windscreens are a critical safety element for a field to help block flying sand and debris plus mitigate "batter's eye" by contrasting the ball, allowing players to correctly spot the ball's path. With your donation, we aim to not only replace them but also customize them to create a visually stunning field that reflects the pride and spirit of our school.
3.) Leaving a Legacy: Your donation will help strengthen our program for years to come by helping to build a strong foundation for our Kearny students.
