Relief for Konkanis affected by COVID-19 in India
Namaskaru,
Tanvi and I became aware of the dire situation that is affecting our brethren in India due to the pandemic. Many Konkani families in India, who are living below the poverty line, are suffering from severe financial difficulties. There is a generous organization that has been aiding relief called the Konkani Charitable Fund (KCF).
My family has been involved with KCF for sometime now and we have decided to promote this cause to our near and dear.
Our goal is to collect a modest amount of $500, however, we hope to exceed this amount with your cooperation. We would like you all to open your hearts and wallets to aid this relief.
Some well-known Konkani philanthropists like T.V. Mohandas Pai, K.V. Kamath, Ramdas Kamath, Jaganath Shenoy, Dayanand Pai have also come together to help these families . Every small donation makes a difference. We greatly appreciate your help during this difficult period in the lives of these poverty-stricken people. Your support helps us make an even bigger impact in the world!
