Support Lakeshore's Project North Star
The Lakeshore Repeater Association is excited to announce PROJECT NORTH STAR, an initiative to install a remote HF radio station for our members who cannot set up large antennas at home.
Many amateur radio operators (HAMS) live in apartments or HOA-restricted areas, limiting their ability to operate on HF bands. PROJECT NORTH STAR will provide a high-quality, remote-access HF station that club members can use, regardless of their home restrictions.
This installation, while modest at first, will be a valuable community service, ensuring that all licensed operators in our area have access to the equipment they need to stay active in the hobby. Your donation will help cover:
✅ Site setup and installation
✅ Antenna and transceiver equipment
✅ Remote access infrastructure
With your support, we can bring this game-changing resource to our ham radio community. Any amount helps! Donate today and be part of this exciting new chapter for the Lakeshore Repeater Association!
Thank you for your generosity and support!
