Raise funds for kids' basic needs during COVID
Learn to Love supports over 400 differently-abled children in poverty through its partnerships with SEC India and IAPACW . These children rely on their schools for access to three meals a day; basic equipment needed for them to be mobile (e.g. wheelchairs, crutches); bathrooms and sanitary items such as diapers, pads, soap; essential doctor visits; physical therapy sessions; and more.
Due to COVID-19, these children are now required to stay at home. Home, for many of them, is in the slums - where they have little to no access to an accessible bathroom, three nutritious meals a day, and the equipment they need like wheelchairs and crutches.
SEC India is providing a stipend of 1000 rupees (13 USD) to each family of a student. 13 USD alone is a big help to these families, but it's not enough, especially as we don't know how long the students will be apart from their school.
Learn to Love is raising funds to support SEC India students in this time of need. We are helping SEC India increase this stipend and provide children with the basic necessities they will need to get through this trying time.
We thank you deeply for contributing to the welfare of these children in need.
