For over 70 years, politicians and civil rights groups have been battling over efforts to prevent law enforcement misconduct and to promote police-community relations. For over 70 years, those efforts have failed because Politics Prevents Progress.

The LEMAR Center promotes Unbiased Law Enforcement Monitoring & Assessment Resources for ALL stakeholders including: Civil Rights Groups, Law Enforcement Unions, Police Executives, Elected Officials, and the Media. By bringing all stakeholders to the table - instead of promoting an agenda - we believe that we can collaboratively impact police misconduct and promote public trust in law enforcement.

In 2005, I wrote a book about this subject matter. Since then, nothing has changed. It is time for me to get involved and make a difference. The first step is funding a study to explore the changes we can made to address this important subject. I am asking for 100,000.00 to find the new study in 2025.
