About Life's A Drag

Our mission is to create safe and inclusive spaces and community centers to promote self-expression, activism, and connection within the LGBTQ+ community, where they can find acceptance, support, and a sense of belonging. As we all know, the LGBTQ+ community faces unique challenges in today's society, and nowhere is this more evident than in the lives of young people. These individuals are often marginalized and discriminated against, leaving them feeling isolated, alone, and in danger. Sadly, we are seeing increasing attacks on LBGTQ+ individuals and the things and communities that help them feel accepted and safe, such as drag shows.
