Lincoln Families NEST early childhood program (Nurture, Educate, Support, Thrive) knows how critical the first five years of life are and how vulnerable young children’s developing brains are to experiences of toxic stress. We prioritize early intervention and prevention-based services that promote young children's and families' social and emotional well-being. By intervening early and working within family and school systems, we work to disrupt cycles of poverty and trauma and build resilience.

In the wake of unprecedented challenges, our educators find themselves in an uphill battle against burnout. Educator burnout is not just a buzzword; it's a harsh reality affecting teachers across the nation. Long hours, emotional strain, and constant pressure to meet academic goals leave little room for wellness. Additionally, preschool educators traditionally receive the least amount of training and support. This campaign aims to raise funds to provide essential resources, workshops, and mental health support for educators in our NEST program.

Every dollar raised will help us build a stronger support system for those who dedicate their lives to educating our future leaders. Together, we can help alleviate the pressures that lead to burnout and foster a thriving educational environment.

Lincoln Families’ HOPE and EXCEL programs supports students and their families to address barriers to academic achievement, preparing classrooms and schools to be welcoming, and helping students be successful in their neighborhood schools. Our staff provide responsive behavioral supports for students, families, and schools.

In times of trauma, families often find solace, healing, and solidity through shared activities. Lincoln Families hosts several family engagement nights every year, providing food, games, and fun to youth and their caregivers! Your donation will go directly to the youth of Pittsburg and Antioch, helping us ensure that families can leave the stressors of the day at home and come together to celebrate their student's progress and enjoy time connecting through gameplay and art. Lincoln Families' HOPE program knows that by engaging in recreational fun together, families can rediscover joy, laughter, and a sense of belonging that helps them navigate the challenges they face. Lincoln Families Therapeutic Behavioral Services Program is dedicated to providing vital supports for youth at risk of losing their home placement due to challenging behaviors. Our compassionate staff work closely with youth and families in their own environments—whether at home, in school, or within the community. By harnessing their unique strengths, we collaboratively develop personalized plans that empower them to thrive and succeed. We need your help!

Many families in this community do not have the financial or physical resources to effectively treat lice in their households, making it difficult to break the cycle.

We’re raising funds to create a lice treatment fund for these families. Your donations will allow us to purchase high-quality, expert-recommended lice treatment supplies and create a scholarship fund to help families access professional lice treatment centers. By providing these resources, we can help families tackle this issue with dignity, protect children’s health and well-being, and reduce disruptions to their education.

More information about Lincoln: Lincoln disrupts the cycle of poverty and trauma, empowering children, youth and families to build strong futures.

This go fund me has been created to help spread awareness, advocate, and raise money for Child poverty Post 2021. Child poverty is the state of children living in poverty and applies to children from poor families and orphans being raised with limited or no state resources. UNICEF estimates that there is approximately 360 million children who live in extreme poverty. On this page we will post awareness about child poverty as well as post ways that YOU can help child poverty become less.

The issues that Child poverty post 2021 are facing are human right violations, for instance because the poor are forced to work in environments that are unsafe and unhealthy due to their unequal opportunities. More human rights that are being infringed upon are lack of access to education, health services, safe drinking water and basic sanitation.

The issues of child poverty post 2021 are important to take up because no child deserves to have to fend for life themselves and they should not have to fight for what is already a right to them. This is an important issue because the rate of child poverty is only going up and it will never go down until people notice how big of an issue this is and how they should do whatever they can to support this issue.
