Feeding the Food Insecure in Oceanside
Twice a week Oscarin pulls into three neighborhoods and distributes enough food for close to 400 families. This adds up to 20 000 pounds of food each week.

We are in desperate need for a refrigerated truck to transport the food as the current truck is breaking down. Please help us get some new wheels so that these families can get fed.

We are also looking for a space to house the food and to have a place for the youth to gather.

10 News Transforming Lives: Help Us Expand Our Mobile Laundry Service

In 2019, we proudly launched our first-of-its-kind mobile laundry trailer equipped with 4 washers and 4 dryers. Since then, we've facilitated over 1,500 loads of laundry for underserved and unsheltered community members.

But our mission doesn't stop there.

We are looking to purchase a used or new flatbed truck. This truck will enable us to haul around a generator and a water tank, making our mobile laundry service self-sufficient and independent of external resources, which have previously hindered our ability to extend our support.

With this truck, our goal is to expand our reach by bringing our mobile laundry trailer to downtown San Diego and throughout our beautiful San Diego region. We aim to provide a vital service seven days a week at various locations to those who need it most. A fresh pair of clean clothes can change a person's life in an instant.
