Lowelifes Respectable Citizens Club

The Tour de Los Padres is a long distance bikepacking adventure through the vast expanse of Los Padres National Forest. This year's edition begins May 1 in the Santa Lucia Range east of Big Sur and winds it's way down the mountains and coast to Ventura for a 425 mile, ~40,000 ft. gain and descent mountain biking challenge. After doing a couple of shorter endurance races last year, this will likely be my toughest trial yet. I'm hoping to raise donations for the Lowelifes Respectable Citizens' Club (https://lowelifesrcc.org/) a trailworking group I volunteer with building and maintaining trails in the San Gabriel Mountains and beyond. With the recent Eaton fire, much of the equipment and tools we use were destroyed along with the home of our founder Matt Baffert, at a time when the local trails need our help and work the most after being decimated by the fire. Your donations are vital to this effort and will be much needed motivation when I feel like I absolutely cannot pedal another stroke.
