Yak Milk, performed by Erin McElhone and choreographed in collaboration with Marlee Fleisher, promises to be a dazzling evening of charm, intrigue, and a whisper of contemporary dance (If you've seen it, you know).

Meat Market Productions is a Dallas-based dance theater company under the direction of Artistic Director Marlee Fleisher. Meat Market produces a variety of different artistic projects, such as new multidisciplinary productions, short films, and community-based creation projects.
