Wildlife Rescue & Rehab
This year we are opening our first rehab site in Willits for fawns. This is especially urgent since we cannot transport injured or orphaned fawns to other counties due to laws enacted to protect other herds from spreading diseases. We would like to have it up and in service before fawn season starts in just a few months! We need to build pens and enclosures, purchase formula and medicines, and secure the site with electric fences and cameras to protect our fawns in rehab.
Our plan is quite ambitious, so we’re counting on your assistance. Please give what you can; every contribution is greatly appreciated, and no contribution is too small!
We love and respect the wildlife with whom we share beautiful Mendocino County and want to help preserve the natural beauty around us. Please join us by supporting this critical work and being a part of a change that will help protect wildlife in Mendocino county for generations to come.
