ሁላችንም እንደምናውቀው በአገራችን ኢትዮጵያ ዐማራ ክልል በወሎ ክፍለ ሀገር በቡግና ወረዳ እና አካባቢው በተፈጥሮ እና ሰው ሰራሽ ችግር ምክንያት እጅግ አሰቃቂ የሆነ ረሀብ ተከስቷል። በዚህም ሳቢያ ብዙ ወገኖቻቸን የሚልሱት የሚቀምሱት አጥተው በሞት እያለቁ ነው።በዚህ ክፉ ረሀብ ከመቶሺዎች እስከ ሚልዮን የሚደርሱ ወገኖቻችን በቀጥታ ተጠቂዎች ሆነዋል። በተለይም አሁን ያለው ጦርነት እና የሰላም እጦት እርዳታ ለማሰባሰብና በበቂ ሁኔታ ለማድረስ አዳጋች ስላደረገው ጉዳቱ ተባብሶ ሕፃናትና ነፍሰ ጡሮችን እንዲሁም የሚያጠቡ እናቶች ጨምሮ ክቡር የሆነውን የሰውንሕይወት በብዛት ወደመቅጠፍ ተሸጋግሯል።በጥቂት ድጋፍ መትረፍ ይሚችሉ ነፍሳት በአሰቃቂ ሁኔታ እየረገፉ ነው።
የችግሩን መጠን አጥንቶ አስቸኳይ ድጋፍ ማድረግ ሲገባ በተቃራኒው የአገዛዙ ሚዲያዎች፣ የፖለቲካ አክትቪስቶች እንዲሁም ጉዳዩ በቀጥታ የሚመለከታቸው ባለሥልጣናት ግን ጉዳዮን በማድበስብስ ረሀብ እንደሌለና በተገቢጦሽም ምርት ተትረፍርፎ ዜጎችን አጥግቦ ወደ ውጪ እየተላከ እንደሆነ አድርገው ዜና በመሥራት የእርዳታ ድርጅቶች ተገቢውን ትኩረት እንዳይሰጡት እንቅፋት ሆነዋል።
