Running for Aunt Deidra & A Cure

My Aunt Deidra was such a blessing in my life. She was such a creative, thoughtful and passionate individual. She used those traits to always show unconditional love and offer support in any adventure I chose to take.
I was always so thankful for the unique momentos she created and will cherish them for a lifetime. From the bridal gown monogram, to the MSU blanket she made for Harper, to the baby blue hat for Holden. She always added her special touch.
I enjoyed all the times we talked about our passion of education, teaching, and children. She was a bright light and everyone that met her agreed that she was very special person.
In May, Jason and I will be running in the Cleveland Marathon in honor of Aunt Deidra. We hope to raise money to help support funding and research to fight Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN). MPN is a progressive blood cancer for which there is no cure. MPN's are a closely related group of hematological malignancies in which the bone marrow cells that produce the body's blood cells develop and function abnormally. For more information on MPN, visit http://www.mpnresearchfoundation.org
Please support our adventure and help us honor a great woman! LOVE YOU--AUNT D!
