America 250! Help Honor Our Revolutionary War Vets
The Countdown has begun!
The upcoming 250th Anniversary of the founding of our country provides a very special opportunity to honor LOCAL Revolutionary War Patriots. Goshen Mills & Pleasant Plains of Damascus Chapters, National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR / DAR) are collecting tax-deductible donations to fabricate and erect a plaque honoring our ancestors who fought for our nation’s independence and are laid to rest or honored within the grounds of the historic Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville, MD.
Will you please make a difference by donating TODAY to Goshen Mills & Pleasant Plains of Damascus Chapters, NSDAR?
The NSDAR is a nonpartisan women’s service non-profit organization. Goshen Mills Chapter is located in Gaithersburg, and Pleasant Plains of Damascus Chapter is located in Damascus, both in Montgomery County, Maryland. Over the next few years, NSDAR, in partnership with the “America250” organization, will be commemorating America's 250th anniversary in communities large and small across the country.
