NC Congress of Latino Organizations

45 families of the Wellington Park, a mobile home community in Wake Forest, will be soon displaced due to closing and eminent rezoning of the property.

 Almost $1,000,000 is needed to relocate all the trailers. These families are facing a difficult time finding a new home and covering relocation expenses of more than $20,000 each. The developer has offered to cover $250,000.  ONE Wake and NC Congress of Latino Organizations, both 501(C)3 organizations,  have been supporting these families throughout the process and negotiations.   Help us make a difference by donating today to directly support these families in covering these expenses.  All your donations are tax deductible.
