BNBuilders Thanksgiving Food Drive 2024
Happy November, BNBuilders! Our Community Involvement Team is proud to kick off another year of partnering with NW Harvest to help fight hunger, and make Thanksgiving special for those that really need it. Let the season of giving begin!

We strongly support Northwest Harvest in the belief that equitable access to nutritious food is a right and a means to drive opportunity in Washington State. The incredible impact of this organization is only possible because of caring supporters like you, as financial donations help to advance their mission of leading the fight for hungry people statewide to have access to nutritious food while respecting their dignity and promoting good health.

Together, over the last 4 years, BNB Seattle has generated the equivalence of over 300,000 meals to families in our community. Take a moment to reflect on how big of an impact that is. Let's keep this gravy train rolling and get to half a million!

Our goal is to raise at least $10,000 in the Seattle region, and every penny up to that $10,000 will be matched by our Community Involvement Team.

Although this drive is organized through BNBuilders, it is not limited to employees only. Feel free to pass this along to friends, family, and your project teams, and let's make this year our most significant impact in the community, yet.

Northwest Harvest is a food justice organization, helping communities across Washington to get food where it’s needed most. They provide around 2 million meals each month through their network of more than 350 food banks, meal programs, and schools. We are excited you are joining us in our annual holiday drive for Northwest Harvest. This year, 1.6 million people in the surrounding region face food insecurity.

Food insecurity is an economic and social condition where someone’s access to food is limited or uncertain.

Many families facing food insecurity are also negatively impacted by structural racism, unaffordable housing, high medical costs and low wages.

Among households with children, 17.3% experienced food insecurity.

Hey all! Happy November! BNBuilders' Community Involvement Team is proud to announce that we are partnering with NW Harvest for another year of Thanksgiving charity. Let the season of giving begin!

We strongly support Northwest Harvest in the belief that equitable access to nutritious food is a right and a means to drive opportunity in Washington State. We will do things similarly to the previous few years with financial donations being the primary source. Over the last 3 years, we have made an outstanding contribution by donating the equivalence of over 250,000 meals to families in need. Let's get to half a million this year!

Our goal is to raise at least $10,000 company-wide, and every penny up to that $10,000 will be matched by our Community Involvement Team.

Hey all! Happy November! BNBuilders' Community Involvement Team is proud to announce that we are partnering with NW Harvest for another round of Thanksgiving charity. Let the season of giving commence!

This year is similar to last, as we are still dealing with the immense impact that COVID has had on all of our lives and the community that surrounds us. The number of families needing support has more than doubled in the last two years and has grown even more this year.

We will do things similarly to the previous two years with financial donations being the primary source. We made an incredible impact last year by donating the equivalence of over 120,000 meals to families in need, and I believe we can do even better this year! In this current climate of uncertainty, financial support provides NW Harvest greater flexibility to respond to ever-changing needs.

Our goal is to raise at least $10,000 company-wide, and every penny up to that $10,000 will be matched by our Community Involvement Team.

Although this drive is organized through BNBuilders, it is not limited to employees only. Feel free to pass this along to friends and family, and let's make this year our most significant impact in the community.

Each day, far too many face hunger. COVID-19 continues to fuel economic instability and many in our state struggle with food and financial insecurity. CellNetix Pathology & Laboratories is hosting a virtual food drive during this Season of HOPE. Help support Northwest Harvest and their statewide network of 375 food programs, where they freely provide millions of pounds of food each year at hot-meal sites, food banks, mobile food pantries, and free restaurants and pop-up food banks for migrant farmworkers. Food security is a foundation building block to creating a more just and equitable society and to helping communities recover and rebuild. Please join us in making a difference in the communities we serve and live.

2021 Second Annual Affiliate-Sponsored Food Drive
Together, we can make an impact! Help us make a difference for our community by joining us in donating to Northwest Harvest during our second annual Affiliate-Sponsored Food Drive!

You will receive a raffle ticket for every $50 donated. We will have lots of FUN prizes donated by our Affiliate members.

The Annual Affiliate food drive was started in 2020 to come to the aid of the community in the midst of a pandemic. The committee planned the event "on the fly" with the hopes we'd get some food to fill the back of a pick up. The community came through. We raised over $10,000 and collected over 1,200 pounds of food and personal hygiene products, like diapers, diaper wipes, toothbrushes, backpacks. It was amazing.

We will live stream this event again this year, so come on by with your food and personal hygiene products donations on Wednesday, August 18 between 11-3pm and say hello!

Thank you for helping to make our communities a better place to be.
