Northwestern Memorial Healthcare (Northwestern Memorial Hospital)

We are the FC United U19 DA team located in Chicago, IL. These are unprecedented times, and, as a team, we want to do everything possible to give back. We want to give back to the health care workers who are risking their lives everyday to help protect the people in our city, as well as those who are suffering from Covid-19. These healthcare workers are constantly running low on supplies which limits their ability to safely treat those in need. We have a goal of raising $1500 dollars in which all proceeds will go toward Northwestern Memorial Hospital to help their staff and patients. Thank you very much! Any donation helps!

We are fundraising to raise a goal of $1,000, with a stretch goal of $2,000 to the Northwestern Hospital in Chicago to dedicate our funds towards the Covid-19 relief program at Northwestern. 

Given these crazy times we are living in now, the best way to contribute is to help aid those who are working around the clock to keep everyone safe. Knowing there are shortages of staff and supplies at many hospitals across the nation, we hope our campaign can generate a contribution towards those desperately needed supplies for Northwestern's doctors and nurses.
