    This workout is being done to raise feelings of appreciation for military members, their families and the struggles they face both home and abroad through experiencing a part of what troops regularly endure. John and Brooks leave in October to start their active duty service, and in this spirit, we want to test ourselves both mentally and physically with hopes of also inspiring others to stay committed to their own development, improve and maintain their health and fitness, and never settle.

    All donations will be given to “Operation Support Our Troops”, a volunteer nonprofit who’s mission is to, “support the morale and well-being of American forces by providing comfort, resources and education to them and their families both while they are deployed in harm’s way and after their return.”

About Operation Support Our Troops ~ America

Our mission is to support the morale and well being of American forces by providing comfort, resources and education to them and their families both while they are deployed in harm’s way and after their return. We accomplish this by providing a link between the citizens and military personnel so that everyone has the opportunity to express their support. This allows us to send comfort packages of items that are not readily available to our troops in their deployed locations, along with personal letters, cards and notes of support from the community at large. We are also dedicated to supporting our veterans and families of fallen through our programs that offer hope and healing as well as facilitate awareness in the community as to their needs.
