- OrgCntyBirds PreyCenter is fundraisingHi all! I'm Smokey the Barn Owl! many of you have heard about me but just to get you up to speed: I was found October 27th, 2020 during the Silverado Fire in Orange County, California by the Orange County Fire Authority. I'm currently in recovery with the Orange County Bird of Prey Center and receiving medical treatment at the Serrano Animal and Bird Hospital. I expect to make a full recovery and be released back into the wild where I belong. I'll need a steady diet of high quality, protein dense food for at least six months. Anything you can do to help defray that cost will be greatly appreciated.84 supporters
