Community Cares Family 5K FUNdraiser

Saturday, December 7th, 2019. Start Time: 9:00 am

Suggested minimum donation for participants: $10+/individual, $25+/family.  You do not have to participate to donate!

All money raised for this low key, family-friendly 5K run/walk event will benefit the Parker Task Force for Human Services, helping less fortunate families and children in the Parker, Elizabeth, and Franktown areas. 

As the holidays approach, families gather together to celebrate and exchange gifts with festive decorations and bountiful feasts. What’s easy to forget during this time of year is the fact that there are many families around us struggling just to put food on the table. For clients of the Parker Task Force, this season means the additional stress cold weather puts on already tight budgets.

This event is a fun way for our community to give back to those in need. Run for a Reason!

The Parker Task Force and Food Bank (PTF) is a local, non-profit organization, 100% operated by volunteer staff. PTF is dedicated to providing short-term support to individuals and families in need in our community with food, limited financial assistance, and other support services, to help them become self-sufficient. http://www.parkertaskforce.org/
