Cooper came to us from the Orlando shelter he was on the red list. For the first 48 hours he was afraid to come into the house and hid in the garage. His amazing foster mom spent those two days laying on the floor trying to make him comfortable with her presence. Cooper has been with his foster mom and her dogs for 4 months and he continues to be terrified of everything new or different. Cooper is dog friendly and such a sweet boy but he lacks all confidence. We would like to get him into a training program to work on his confidence. We can’t do that without your help. Please consider donating to Cooper.

Cam has been returned to the rescue after more than 9 years. Unfortunately at this time we do not have a foster home for him so he is currently in boarding. We need your help with the cost of boarding. We are struggling to keep our doors open and need your help.

Last month Passion 4 Pits Rescue took in 4 dogs living in outside kennels in Miami. Two of the four dogs have major medical issues. Roxy has bilateral bad knees and torn ligaments in her left leg. Tuesday was the first surgery to repair her legs. That first surgery was over $3500 and we need your help covering her medical care. Please consider donating $5 toward Roxy’s surgery. Please share.

Oso is the victim of abuse and most definitely animal cruelty. This sad depressed boy is only a year old and he has suffered more than any animal should. He is underweight at only 35 pounds he has a mass on his chest that has become infected and will need surgery to remove. I can’t believe how broken this boy is he has completely given up and we need to show him not all humans will treat him like trash then dump him at a kill shelter. 

Recently several dogs came into the rescue with medical issues and one of our adoptable dogs Chance needs surgery to remove a large mass.

Annie is decompressing and settling in at her foster home. Chest X-rays were taken and forwarded to our vet, we are hoping that her aggressive cancer has not spread. If it hasn’t then she needs a major dental overhaul and heartworm treatment. 

Gingersnap whose name is now Bumper because he bumps into everything. He has limited or no sight out of one eye and trauma to his face. Thankfully he is heartworm negative and with treatment he will be available for adoption soon.

Duchess was rescued 4 days after her euthanasia date was set. This beautiful girl is 6 years old and heartworm positive as well as mammary tumors. She went in for surgery and she is currently hospitalized for internal bleeding. We need to stabilize her so she can have surgery to find and repair the bleed.

Yesterday morning a vet tech from Tampa called my cell phone and was desperately trying to find help for a young puppy who had impaled herself on a metal rod that went into her mouth down her throat and into her stomach. She had surgery to remove the rod however she has developed additional problems and needs emergency surgery. Canela has Intussusception is when a part of the intestine telescopes or folds in on itself. Estimate is $7000-$9000. I am going to have to close intake while we try to raise funds for the poor puppy. Canela needs your help and prayers.
