Pasture Pals Equine Rescue, Inc. started in 2012. We lost our land in May of 2022 and had to quickly find a temporary area to house the animals. Equines that have not been adopted out are currently on the executive director's land which isn't enough for the larger equines to run and just be horses. It's also not enough space to have larger shelters and do the programing that is our vision. If we are able to lease new land that has enough acreage, we will be able to offer hippo therapy (physical therapy on horseback), veteran programs, emotional therapy, the list goes on. This land use donation would be a huge blessing to us and we will need to get the place ready for horses with fences, shelters, and holding pins up. This will definitely cost more than $10,000 but this is our current fundraising goal. The estimate for the barn is $6,254 and the estimate for the fencing is $15,149. We will also need to hire contractors to install the fencing and shelters, and fix the fencing machines, which will be add thousands to the estimate for the barn and fencing. Will you help?

My name is Mary Freeman and I am raising money for Pasture Pal Equine Rescue. This place helps horses come from bad situations and turns them around to show them that there are people out there who genuinely care. The place is run entirely on volunteers and donations. They also take the time to show people how to handle and take care of the horses.
