Medical Building
Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary is the largest reptile sanctuary in the country. Currently, around 1500 animals call the sanctuary home! In addition to having a diverse collection of resident animals, they receive a large volume of owner surrenders and stray animals, some of which are injured or ill. Recently PHS has made major strides in what medicine and procedures we are able to do to save these animals, but funds and lack of a medical facility has been a major challenge in trying to help meet the needs of the sanctuary and community. PHS is committed to growing to meet those needs, but we need your help to save and care for these magnificent animals ranging from cobras to leopard geckos. We have received a blueprint for building our very own hospital- which would open a whole new world of possibilities in what we can do, including surgeries to help conservation research, care for our aging residents, and lifesaving procedures for the sick and injured. We hope you can join us on this journey and make this dream a reality. We really appreciate any donation or sharing of our GoFundMe to help the animals in our care.
