Why Change is Crucial: The current state of recycling in America is a tangled mess. Different cities and states have their own recycling rules, causing confusion and frustration among residents. This confusion results in contamination of recycling streams, rendering valuable materials unusable. However, we believe in the power of change. By standardizing recycling labels and guidelines, we can streamline the process, reduce contamination, and ensure that more recyclable materials are recycled.
