يا إخوتنا في الإنسانية، يا نبلاء القلوب، يا باحثين عن الخير،
تُناشدكم غزة، في هذه اللحظات العصيبة، حيث تُكابد ويلات الحصار والحرب، وتئنّ تحت وطأة الفقر والعوز.
إنّ أهالي غزة، رجالاً ونساءً، شيوخاً وأطفالاً، يعيشون في ظروفٍ إنسانيةٍ مأساويةٍ، تفتقر إلى أبسط مقومات الحياة الكريمة. فالغذاءُ شحيحٌ، والدواءُ مفقودٌ، والمأوى مهدّدٌ بالانهيار.
ولكن، في خضمّ هذه الظلمة، تُبزغُ شمسُ الأملِ بفضلِ عطائكم وكرمِكم.
فكلّ تبرّعٍ منكم، مهما كان صغيراً، يُساهمُ في إنقاذِ حياةٍ، وإيقاظِ ابتسامةٍ على وجهِ طفلٍ، وإعادةِ الأملِ في قلوبِ عائلةٍ.
تذكروا أنّ كلّ نفسٍ تُنْقذُ خيرٌ من ألفِ عبادةٍ. وأنّ مساهمتكم، مهما كانت صغيرةً، تُحدثُ فرقاً كبيراً في حياةِ إنسانٍ.

Gaza appeals to you, in these difficult moments, as it suffers the woes of siege and war, and groans under the weight of poverty and destitution.
The people of Gaza, men and women, elderly and children, live in tragic humanitarian conditions, lacking the most basic elements of a decent life. Food is scarce, medicine is missing, and shelter is threatened with collapse.
But, in the midst of this darkness, the sun of hope shines thanks to your giving and generosity.
