Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse, NY

I will be turning 40 on March 14, 2023, and would like to do something memorable leading up to that. If you don't know me, I will share that I've always found a sense of purpose and accomplishment by serving others. My greatest sense of purpose and accomplishment (outside of my family) has come from a six year enlistment in the US Air Force, responding to house fires with the Red Cross Disaster Action Team, serving on disaster responses with Team Rubicon, building houses with Habitat for Humanity, working as a firefighter/EMT, and assiting my fellow veterans at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University.

Help me add to that and bring a sense of purpose to my 40th birthday by way of donating to my fundraiser for the Rescue Mission of Syracuse.

More information about Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse, NY: At the Rescue Mission, a hot meal or a warm bed can be the first step to life change. Our Food Service Center provides three free meals a day to anyone in need. Our emergency shelter offers 183 beds for men and women in eight separate dormitories. Our day center is a safe place to come in from the elements, use the phone or internet, and connect with a range of services. Beyond meeting basic needs for food, clothing or shelter, our case managers help guests develop a plan to leave homelessness behind.
