Help Us Support Vulnerable Children and Their Families in San Antonio!
Imagine being a parent of a child with special needs, where even daily tasks can be overwhelming. Now, imagine not having accessible childcare– a lifeline for parents in need of a break and children in need of specialized care.
Respite Care of San Antonio has been providing life-changing services to children with developmental disabilities and their families for nearly 40 years. Their mission is simple: to protect, love, build trust and nurture growth of children with special needs and complex medical conditions while strengthening the families caring for them.
As part of a project for our MBA program in Organizational Behavior, we're coming together to raise funds to support this incredible organization. Your donations will go directly toward:
• Emergency shelter and specialized care for children with complex medical needs and their siblings
• Community Respite services that allow families to recharge, knowing their children are in safe, compassionate hands
• Holistic continuum of care that nurtures and empowers these children
Every dollar you contribute can make a difference:
• $25 could provide a new sensory toy for a child with special needs
• $50 could cover a day's worth of formula, clothing, medical supplies, and diapers for a child
• $100 could fund a fieldtrip for a sibling group living in the Emergency shelter
