Round Top Mountain Bike Association

For years RTMBA has been grooming the trail system for snow biking with older snow mobiles from the early 90s. Both of the sleds are breaking or broken down and not reliable. We would like to purchase a Snow Dog so that we have a reliable machine to groom the system when the snow falls. With a new  easy to operate machine, many members can take out the groomer and run the amount of laps needed to properly compact the snow.

The Snow Dog can also be used in the dirt. We will use it during non snow conditions to transport dirt, rocks, and tools for regular trail maintenance and race events. If you like the recent additions and changes to the system, the addition of the Snow Dog will make these changes much easier to accomplish.

Groomed trails will bring more traffic to the system during the winter, and give our local people an excellent and reliable snow biking venue. 

Our goal is to raise enough money to purchase the most powerful (13hp) compact model with a sled and grooming attachment.  We can fit the compact model into a mini van and transport it around the system and possibly Elm Ridge if permission is granted.
