Dear Supporters, for the last 17 years Safe Haven & Educational Adventures, Inc. has been one of the only permanent refuges for rescued exotic wildlife that have been abandoned, abused, lost, surrendered, or lost their owner to death, in South Carolina. Currently we are home to over 250 animals that stay with us until the end of their life. We are in critical need of a new monkey, bird and alligator enclosure. Last Christmas we suffered a drastic blow to this building during the severe cold weather where the pipes burst leaving over 2 inches of water in the building, damaging walls and wood structures. This has deteriorated over the last year, and we are now reaching a point of criticality. During COVID, when we could no longer take the animals in public for our educational outreach, our ability to raise funds was drastically diminished and we're still recovering from those losses which have set us back in our fundraising goals.

We aspire to build a new facility that will allow the animals to continue to have a safe, warm, and nurturing environment, under the best conditions they can have in captivity.

Your generous donations will directly contribute to the construction of a secure, spacious, habitat designed specifically to cater to the special needs of monkeys, parrots, and alligators while also affording space for an education center within.
