Dear Coptic Orthodox Community and Friends,

We have a wonderful update for everyone who followed our story and helped save the church.

Thanks to generous friends like you, St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of Honolulu has met its fundraising goal before the end of the year!

We will keep this campaign active for anyone who wishes to continue to donate to the church to cover its monthly expenses of approximately $25,000.

*The Church wants to thank everyone who donated to the old campaign. We started this new one because of a set-up issue with the other one.

We pray to God during this difficult time to forgive us and elevate the burden of the COVID-19 pandemic from the Earth. The “Stay at home” order is affecting every one of us in different ways, including the Church. The lockdown is taking a financial toll on the Church as it is now missing a big portion of its income that was coming from the congregation’s weekly donations.

Despite the lockdown, the Church is still required to meet its monthly expenses but it will not be able to do so without your help. Please consider supporting the Church to raise $30,000 so we may meet our monthly expenses.
