Ride for Rosary Hill
If you raise the money, my father and I will embark on a 2 day 125 mile bike ride.
"A free home for persons who cannot afford to pay for care."
Rosary Hill Home is a free palliative care nursing facility for people with incurable cancer who cannot afford other options. It is run by the Dominican Sisters of Hawthorne who rely only on donations, big and small. They provide end of life care with great love for those who are greatly suffering.
I volunteered there while I was in high school, and I encountered powerful moments of the reality of God in the love and care the sisters provided as well as in the struggles of those they served.

I want to raise $2,000 for this worthy cause. If the goal is reached, we will bike ride from the Rosary Hill Home in Hawthorne, NY all the way to Sacred Heart Home in Philadelphia, another end-of-life care facility run by the same order. This will be a 1 (or 2) day trip TBD in mid August (depending on weather).
***This website will deduct 4.5% of donations, about $95 out of my goal. I will personally offset that deduction. If the goal is reached, the Servants of Relief for Incurable Cancer will receive the entirety of that amount.
