This young, pretty girl was hit by a car and found laying in the middle of a road on 11/28. She has a broken humerus, which is the bone that connects the shoulder and the elbow. She will require reconstructive surgery to repair her leg. She was found with a leash attached, but no one came to look for her. We are now calling her Clara. Clara was very timid at first, but never showed any aggression. At first she didn’t allow pets on the head, but would reach her foot out to be held. Please see attached video of her holding hands! Clara was worried, but wanted so badly to be comforted and helped! She loves getting pets and attention. She is a happy and sweet girl despite the pain she is in :( Please help us get her the surgery she needs!

Ella Rose was found living on a gentleman’s front door for over 2 months. He fed her, but when he noticed she was pregnant he called us, Shelters and Shelves Rescue. We told him he need to catch her. He did and we got her to the vet asap! Not only is in she in bad shape from living under a shed for who knows how long, she is pregnant and heartworm positive….wow! She is safe now but going to be a hefty vet bill. We would love your help in order to get her and her puppies the vet care they deserve to live long, happy and healthy lives!
