Hello, I'm Alyssa Penton, and I am the marketing specialist for Starting Pointe Recovery. Tina Jackson and her Husband, Bill Jackson, (Founders of Starting Pointe Recovery) have dedicated their careers to supporting individuals on their journeys to recovery. Today, I'm thrilled to introduce Starting Pointe Recovery's campaign, "Fighting Against Addiction: Opening Doors to Recovery."

This initiative is incredibly personal to me and the Starting Pointe Recovery team. Whether experiencing recovery ourselves or losing loved ones to addiction, we’ve witnessed and understood, firsthand, the transformative power of comprehensive support and resources for those battling addiction. In 2017, my brother tragically lost his life—a loss that could have been prevented if addiction hadn't been a part of his journey. In addition, growing up with a father struggling with drug addiction, I intimately understand the hardships. These experiences drive my unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference.

Your contribution will help Starting Pointe Recovery expand access to critical services, offer hope, and empower individuals to reclaim their lives. With your support, we can achieve significant milestones like enhancing our treatment program, providing essential resources, and ensuring the uninsured and underinsured receive the treatment they desperately need.

We Need to:

Expand Access to Treatment: Ensuring that anyone in need can receive high-quality, evidence-based Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), regardless of their financial situation.

Provide Comprehensive Care: Supporting integrated care that includes counseling, medical services, and social support to address the whole person.

Educate and Advocate: Raising awareness about substance use disorders and advocating for policies that support recovery and harm reduction.

The Impact of Your Donation:

$50-$100 will provide one week of counseling for a client.

$100 - $500 will cover the cost of one month's worth of medication.

$500-$1000 will support a comprehensive intake and initial treatment plan for a new client.

$1,000-$5,000 will fund community outreach and education programs.
