I am planning an exploratory trip to Rwanda to develop a workforce development project aimed at empowering local communities through education and skill-building.

The goal of this project is to provide Rwandan youth and adults with the necessary skills and training to secure sustainable employment and improve their quality of life. By focusing on vocational training, entrepreneurship, and job placement services, we aim to create a robust workforce that can contribute to the country's economic growth and development.
