Help Send SHS Crew to Nationals!!
The Suffern High School's Crew team was established in 2009 and is proudly supported by the Suffern HS Crew Booster Club, which is a parent run 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization.
This past weekend, the team travelled to Saratoga Springs, NY, to compete in the NYSSRA State Championships. The team performed remarkably well, with two boats (Boys LTW 4+ and the Boys Sr. 8+) qualifying to compete at Scholastic Rowing Association of America's National Championships being held at Dillon State park in Zanesville, Ohio over the Memorial Day weekend, which is less than a week away!
To have two of our boats qualify for Nationals is an unprecedented accomplishment in the team's relatively young history, and a testament to the dedication and hard work these talented young athletes have put forth this year.
As you might imagine, it will be no small undertaking to organize this trip and transport the team and equipment 500 miles to Ohio. With your generous support, we will be able to provide these young student athletes with what is sure to be an opportunity of a lifetime and compete at the National level. Please consider helping to fund the Suffern Crew Team's journey to the National Championships.
