The Symphony Orchestra of Northern Virginia provides high quality, innovative, accessible music to Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas. Our dedicated musicians and staff strive to entertain and educate as we bring truly affordable classical music to the region. Our mission is to make music available to all, and to create lifelong lovers of classical music. Classical music, and live orchestra concerts, should be available to every person who wishes to experience them. Music is for the many, not just the few.
