The Swan Lake Costume Drive Is On
YOU CAN HELP BRING SWAN LAKE TO LIFE
We are excited to be bringing Swan Lake back to Central New York with our performances May 15 & 16. Syracuse City Ballet is dedicated to performing the best of classical ballet in outstanding professional productions and we are particularly proud to be bringing the beauty and power of Tchaikovsky's masterpiece to Central New York.
This will also be our most expensive production to date and now we are coming to you to ask for your help. Our incredible dancers need beautiful costumes. And we are asking you to help us buy them.
Not only will these costumes make Swan Lake sparkle, but, with minor adjustments, they will serve us for many years to come in future SCB productions. And the best part is that you will know that you made it all possible.
Please look at the list of costumes (one of the Royal Court costumes is shown here) and make one yours. Then, when you sit in your seat and enjoy Swan Lake or some future performance you can consider yourself a Producer and say “that's mine, I made that possible.” Whatever amount you can give will be greatly appreciated.
All donations of $25 or more will be recognized as membership donations to Syracuse City Ballet and entitle you to the benefits of membership. Your donation of $100 or more will entitle you to a pair of tickets to our Swan Lake Soiree immediately following the opening night performance on May 15 where you'll get to sip champagne and mingle with our stars.
