Tampa Bay Butterfly Foundation, Inc.

Join me in raising money for the Tampa Bay Bay Butterfly Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to protect native butterfly habitats. The organization makes a difference though its conservation efforts and by raising awareness on the environmental factors that threaten butterfly populations.

The presence of butterflies indicates a healthy environment. That is because, as indicator species, butterflies are sensitive to ecosystem changes and can only survive in clean environments. Rapid urbanization and increased levels of pollution have put the population of butterflies at risk, and plenty of butterfly species are endemic to Florida.
