Since 2020, TeamKakata Association, Inc., a 501 (c) (3) organization has been a beacon of hope for several families in Kakata, Margibi County, Liberia, delivering vital support during the Christmas season.

Our annual rice and supply distribution has not only filled the plates of the needy and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities but also restored their dignity and hope in the face of overwhelming food insecurity.

For three years, we’ve distributed over 1000 of bags of rice to families who would have otherwise endured the holidays without a meal. This initiative has shown the transformative power of community action. The gratitude we see from those we help fuels our mission, proving that even the simplest acts of generosity can create a lasting impact.

This effort goes beyond food—it embodies the strength of compassion and the belief that no one should be left behind, especially during a season meant to celebrate love, unity, and giving.
