Tech Valley Center of Gravity (TVCOG) is raising funds to give its THINQubator space a makeover! As the THINQubator is dedicated to being a place where children feel empowered to think, tinker, collaborate, skill-build, design, and make, TVCOG hopes to create an equally exciting space. The makeover will include an outer space-themed mural designed by our very own, April Ferrante; a new interactive activity wall, a bookshelf, and storage bins.

We already have volunteers ready to help with our project! The United Way of the Greater Capital Region recently chose the THINQubator makeover as one of its 518 Day service projects, so on May 16th, a group of volunteers will be here to transform our space!

This Giving Tuesday, Tech Valley Center of Gravity is raising money to improve our first floor acoustics! This year, we are collaborating with Tech Valley High School as part of its Innovative Solutions project - a project that teams high school students with businesses/organizations to help them overcome a challenge. We have been paired with three students who were challenged with improving our first floor. After surveying our members, they determined that acoustic improvements were what was most desired. They are now working to develop and design innovative solutions to bring to life in our space!

We ask that you please make a donation today. Your donation will not only help us make the needed improvements to our space, but it will also help make our students’ designs a reality. Whether you donate $5 or $500, you will make an impact!

All money raised will be spent on acoustics and other improvements for the first floor work area. All donations are tax deductible.
