This is my first year in TeenSHARP, a program that will help me get ready to attend one of the top colleges in our country on the best financial aid terms possible. I’m particularly excited to participate in TeenSHARP to help me stay sharp academically and connected with a community of peers who are also striving for excellence. I look forward to growing as a leader and a student so that I can achieve my dream of becoming a student at MIT.

This is my 1st year attend TeenSHARP’s program that will get me prepared to attend a top college in my community. At TeenSHARP, I attend virtual college readiness workshops and group advising sessions throughout the school year. I work with TeenSHARP’s college advising experts to explore and apply to various enrichment opportunities that will position me better for college. I also implement initiatives to better my community and empower my peers. During the school year, I will also get the chance to participate in virtual college tours where I will have an opportunity to interact with students, faculty, and admissions representatives.

I need to raise $350 to help cover a portion of the cost of my participation in the program this year. Therefore, I am asking you and other sponsors to invest in my success. Any donation would be extremely appreciated. I need to raise the money by October 18th.

Hello! My name is Arianna Llerena, I am a student at MOT Charter High school and this is my first year at TeenSHARP. TeenSHARP is a program that helps students reach for goals that we believe are out of our reach. We become strivers, learners, and appliers. They help us prepare for what the future holds such as preparing us for top colleges and showing us the steps into becoming great leaders. TeenSHARP will get me out of my comfort zone and not be scared of what will come to me. My dream is to go to UCSF which is one of the best medical schools for OB/GYNS and going there would feel like I succeed everything in life. TeenSHARP will help me reach for that big dream of mine with the help that is provided to apply there during my senior year. Without hearing about TeenSHARP I probably would’ve not known what to do to achieve my goals and not do anything about it, but they have given me so much resources to help reach those precious goals of mine. TeenSHARP will help us make a difference in our society. I am so grateful to be in this program. I am writing to request your support for my participation in the TeenSHARP this year.
