This is my 1st year in TeenSHARP, a program that will help me get ready to attend one of the top colleges in our country on the best financial aid terms possible. I’m particularly excited to participate in TeenSHARP to help me stay sharp academically and connected with a community of peers who are also striving for excellence. I look forward to growing as a leader and a student so that I can achieve my dream of becoming a student at Syracuse University.

At TeenSHARP, I attend virtual college readiness workshops and group advising sessions throughout the school year. My name is Estrella Morales Conejo, and I am a rising sophomore at William Penn High School. This is my second year being a part of the TeenSHARP program, and I am really grateful for the opportunity! TeenSHARP is an organization that will help me pursue my dreams of leaving a memorable mark in this world. They will help me to pursue my dreams academically as a student. One day, I hope I can be the inspiration for others to reach their dreams and become successful in life with a college degree. Making a change in the world and society will be my way of paying them back and my family back for how much support they have offered me through my tough journey! It will also prove how capable us Latinas are of creating so many positive changes to our large community once we are given the opportunity.
