TeleHealth Access for Seniors is a registered 501(c)(3) federal nonprofit (FEIN: 85-0764024) that provides low-income and elderly patients with access to smart devices. These devices help connect patients to crucial telehealth services, ensuring that they are able to attend important check-ups and medical appointments. We're raising money to fund the purchase of chargers and supplies for the 2000+ devices that we have collected (and many more that we will collect!) and to purchase new devices. We're working with providers in states across the country, all of whom have patients in desperate need of help. We give the devices to clinics, who use their expertise to determine which patients are most in need, so you know your device will help someone.
Some of our partner clinics include:
West Haven VA Medical Center
Lake Nona VA Medical Center
Houston Michael Debakey VA Medical Center
and 45 others!
Without these devices, older patients will have to forego potentially life-saving care. Let's connect them to their doctors! We pack each device with a easy-to-use instructional guide that shows them how to set it up and use it to attend FaceTime, Doxy, Updox, and other kinds of telehealth appointments. The guides are currently being offered in English, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese.
$50 will allow us to purchase a Kindle FIRE tablet for use for video-calling.
There are thousands of patients who will rely on your donation for their access to care. We would appreciate your donation.
