Welcome to the fundraising journey of Masjid Omar bin Khattab, a beacon of hope and unity nestled in the heart of Richmond. Inspired by the noble teachings of Islam and the exemplary life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), our vision is to create a Masjid and Islamic Center. We are building a vibrant community center aimed at fostering spiritual growth, learning, and unity among us all.
Our journey began with a dream and the purchase of land in 2021, destined to be the foundation of this sanctuary. Now, we are embarking on the crucial phase of construction. However, dreams of this magnitude require not only vision but also the support of a community that believes in the transformative power of faith, learning, and unity.
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to build Texas Islamic Community Center, MASJID OMAR BIN KHATTAB and any donation will help us to reach our goal of $300,000 which will cover down payment by April 10th, 2024 to start the construction.
