Coming off to the 4x4x48 challenge I am getting back to training this week. I did the 4x4x48 for myself and general promotion of mental health.
I am scheduled to complete Iron Man Indiana on October 2, 2021 and I have decided to add this fundraiser in conjunction with my event. An Ironman is up to 17 hours of endurance, pain, and suffering. This triathlon consists of a 2.4 miles swim, followed by 112 mile bike ride, and then a final full marathon running for 26.2 miles. It’s 140.6 total miles. Not to mention the training, which will consist of 30+ weeks of hard training up to 15 hours a week.
At the end of it, I hope to heal myself with Love by donating to the Fight for the forgotten charity. This charity helps bring water to tribes in Africa by building simple water wells. It also promotes the importance of mental health, and runs an anti-bullying campaign. I have a well just for my irrigation. I could not imagine needing it to drink. This company builds wells and being a builder, this make sense to me. I figure if the Pygmies and other tribes can suffer daily without basic services, I can suffer in support. I also personally know what is was like to be on wrong side of bullying. I myself bullied many kids in school as a way to act out and feel cool, rather than deal with my own issues. I have since made relationships with some of these people. I want my kids to know how not to be a bully and also how to reach out and help someone that may be acting out being a bully.
Please consider donating to help me towards my goal. This is a huge goal for me. This is a legit non profit so your donation will be tax deductible. My kids will be donating their allowance money every week until my event. This is a good time to sacrifice a night out, a toy, or a treat and donate that money instead. This help us remember how good we have it.

I don’t know Justin personally but I have heard his story on Joe Rogan as he has been a guest many times. This man is an amazing person who spends his time building fresh water wells, securing land, and improving many other aspects of life for the Pygmie tribe in Africa. He has been infected with malaria multiple times just in the course of his work. He also runs an anti-bully program and has over come many mental health challenges.
All proceeds go an extremely long way and will provide fresh water to hundreds in need and help kids learn how to approach bullying or being bullied. This donation will not be once, but will continue to bring fresh was for a long time and build long term character in kids.
Want to join me in making a difference? All donations will go directly to The Justin Wren Foundation, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
